SELLING OR RENTING YOUR HOUSE?

If you have a current membership, be sure to let your homebuyer know.
The membership can be transferred for $250.- if dues are paid in full.
You must keep your membership current in order for a renter to have access to the Club.
You can pay the annual dues or arrange for the renter to do so.
Please let the manager know of any such arrangements.
